1. About Us

IDOL PHARMA is a licensed retail pharmacy operating in Guwahati, Assam, India, with branches in:

The App facilitates online ordering and home delivery of medicines and healthcare products.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older
• By using the App, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete

3. Prescription Medicines

• Users must upload a valid prescription while placing an order
• IDOL PHARMA reserves the right to verify prescriptions and cancel orders if prescriptions are invalid or incomplete
• We do not process request for Schedule X Drugs

Order Processing Conditions

Orders requiring prescription verification may be delayed or cancelled if:

• Prescription is invalid
• Doctor details are incomplete
• Quantity exceeds prescribed limit

Refund will be issued for cancelled items.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Orders are subject to availability and pharmacist verification
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, invalid prescription, pricing errors, or regulatory restrictions
• Customers may cancel orders before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible

5. Pricing & Payments

• Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment may be made via online payment gateways, UPI, debit/credit cards, or Cash on Delivery (COD)
• IDOL PHARMA is not responsible for payment gateway failures or banking errors

6. Delivery

• Delivery is currently available in Guwahati
• IDOL PHARMA shall not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances

7. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

A. Cancellation Policy

An order for medicines or healthcare products can be cancelled from the 'MY ORDER' section on the IDOL PHARMA APP. Once order is shipped or out for delivery, orders cannot be cancelled.

There may be certain orders that IDOL PHARMA cannot service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:

• Non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information

No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.

B. Return Policy

If the product received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package, the product received is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund or for a replacement.

Time period for return of orders:

We have product specific return policy. Some products cannot be returned. The product which is not returnable will be marked as "NON RETURNABLE". The return window for the product which can be returned ranges from 0-25 days from the date of delivery. Please check the return policy before placing any order.

Products not eligible for returns:

The products shall not be eligible for a return under the following circumstances:

• If the item has been opened, partially consumed or damaged
• If the product has been tampered with
• If the product packaging and/or packaging box and/or packaging seal has been tampered with
• If it is mentioned on the product that the item is "NON RETURNABLE"
• Certain items such as sexual wellness products, diapers, freezing items or requires refrigeration are not returnable. The products will be marked as "NON RETURNABLE" in the product section

8. Medical Disclaimer

• The App does not provide medical advice
• Information available on the App is for informational purposes only
• Always consult a qualified doctor before consuming any medication

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Provide false prescriptions
• Misuse the App
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the App for unlawful activities

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, design, and software related to IDOL PHARMA are the property of IDOL PHARMA and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

IDOL PHARMA shall not be liable for:

• Adverse reactions due to misuse of medicines
• Delays due to circumstances beyond control
• Incorrect information provided by users

12. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam
